Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle and move flower bulbs, soil bags, and related materials
- Stack and organize products on pallets using plastic crates
- Perform general warehouse tasks as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Assist in meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with order fulfillment and palletizing
- Combination of refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage, and greenhouse settings
- Physical, hands-on role involving lifting and movement throughout the shift
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill orders of varying sizes
- Demonstrate reliability, productivity, and teamwork
- Lead by example while completing assigned tasks
