About the role As a Prep Cook, you are the critical link between raw ingredients and our bowl-building robots. This isn't just prep; it's culinary engineering. You will be responsible for preparing and staging high-quality components that our robots then assemble with surgical precision. Operating in a high-tech environment, you'll follow software-guided SOPs to maintain the rigorous standards that define our brand. What you’ll do Precision Preparation: Execute expert knife skills to prepare proteins and vegetables, ensuring every cut meets exact specifications for robot compatibility. Scientific Portioning: Utilize digital scales for the precision weighing of ingredients and sauces, maintaining strict adherence to company recipes to ensure flavor consistency. Human-Robot Collaboration: Seamlessly operate and load automated bowl-building units, monitoring robot performance and following software-guided protocols for reloading and staging. Inventory & Analytics: Maintain meticulous inventory logs and track food waste through our digital platform, ensuring the kitchen is always stocked for peak demand. Advanced Equipment & Safety: Master the use of commercial induction stoves, combi ovens, and blast chillers while upholding rigorous sanitation and food safety standards. What we are looking for Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
