BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Kansas City, Missouri. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total annual compensation: $83,000-$111,000

• Annual salary: $83,000 93,000
• Annual individual bonus: $7,000 $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign on bonus: $5,000$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
