Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)Location: New JerseyAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The successful candidate will float across five hospitals based on staffing needs and will work primarily with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation. The RN will be part of a team that practices couplet care and will maintain a patient ratio of 1:2.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients, including micro preemies.Utilize high-frequency ventilation techniques as needed.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic or equivalent systems.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure2-3 years of Level III NICU experience.BLS and NRP certifications required.Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation is essential.Active New Jersey or Compact RN license.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
