Retail Sales Key Holder

Our ideal candidate takes ownership, is customer focused, and sales goal driven. Our boutique is often hustling, so we are looking for someone who is great at multi-tasking, and not shrinking back in crowds. We would love an associate who has experience working in retail - experience in boutiques is a plus! We are also wanting an associate who has experience working with the Shopify system or someone who is a quick learner.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Meeting monthly sales goals by training and mentoring staff.
- Opening and Closing duties.
- Running the sales floor & assisting customers in putting together outfits.
- Receiving, checking and organizing merchandise.
- Brand Knowledge Management
- At least 1 year of retail selling preferred.
- High school diploma is required.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Working Saturdays REQUIRED.
- Time management.
