Oasis Senior Advisors Rhode Island is growing!

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, motivated professional to join our team and help expand our presence throughout Eastern Southern Rhode Island.

This is a field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people, building relationships and making a meaningful difference for seniors and their families.

What You’ll Do

You’ll spend approximately 4 days each week in the field , meeting with referral and lead sources, developing relationships and creating new opportunities for Oasis.

You’ll build connections with:

• Hospitals case managers
• Rehabilitation skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians medical practices
• Home care organizations
• Senior living communities
• Elder law attorneys
• Senior centers community organizations
• Other professionals who work with seniors and families

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

✔️ Comfortable meeting with healthcare and business professionals

✔️ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

✔️ Organized and excellent at follow-up

✔️ Passionate about helping seniors and families

✔️ Comfortable working independently in the field

✔️ Familiar with the Rhode Island healthcare/senior-care community—or eager to learn it

Experience in senior living, healthcare, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home care, medical

sales, business development or community outreach is a plus.

Compensation

Commission-based

This position is designed for someone who is motivated by building relationships, generating

opportunities and growing with the business.
