Inventory Analyst, Allocation

Inventory Analyst RH is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support the seamless flow of allocation and inventory across our gallery network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our galleries are consistently stocked, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is passionate about precision, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Your Responsibilities Support the allocation team in executing inventory strategies for open galleries, including refreshes, damage replacements, and daily swatch distribution Execute accurate input of allocations and parameters within RMS systems to manage a complex network of stores and SKUs Coordinate DC re-SKU requests by entering orders and maintaining updates to ensure accurate inventory movement Balance multiple priorities to deliver timely and precise execution across all allocation initiatives Produce and distribute daily and weekly reporting using Excel and Google Workspace tools Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational alignment and resolve inventory-related needs Our Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Balances competing priorities with precision, ensuring consistent and timely execution across all deliverables Maintains an uncompromising commitment to accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills Work cross-functionally with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
