REQUIREMENTS NJ Principal Certification or Certificate of Eligibility Depth of Knowledge in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Elementary level teaching experience preferred Ability to Collect and Analyze Data Evidence of Collaboration with Educational Community Knowledge of Teacher Evaluation Frameworks Demonstrated Leadership/Supervision Experience Strong Decision Making and Organizational Skills Demonstrated Success in Equitable and Inclusive Practices Exemplary Oral and Written Communication Skills Exemplary Technology Skills Ability to Collaboratively Engage with Diverse Community of Students, Parents, and Colleagues Experience with Special Education Services and Programming (preferred) Montgomery Township School District is an E0E/AA Employer and complies with all local, state, and federal laws including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act (S2310).
