Talent Acquisition Specialist

A well known client of ours in Spartanburg, SC is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their hiring team. This role will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help candidates through the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and present the company well. This is a temp to hire opportunity and fully onsite in Spartanburg.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews for candidates and help with hiring logistics across departments
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align scheduling needs, help with interview formats and hiring timelines
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates throughout hiring process
• Maintain updated information in Applicant Tracking System
• Generate and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and updates for leadership and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in HR, marketing or related field
• Experience supporting recruiting operations
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks

• $20-$24hr
