About Job The Senior Superintendent at Rogers-O'Brien Construction plays a crucial role in coordinating multiple construction sites and supervising all field personnel to ensure successful project completion within budget and on schedule. Skills & Qualification Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide project teams effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with superintendents, project teams, and clients In-depth understanding of construction safety practices to ensure a safe working environment Proven project management skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies Proficiency in strategic planning to align project execution with business goals Experience with preconstruction planning and stakeholder coordination Strong problem-solving skills to proactively address project challenges Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of superintendents to ensure adherence to Rogers-O'Brien processes and core values Coordinate and schedule comprehensive training programs for hourly and salaried employees Collaborate with business development teams on proposal development and project interviews Ensure timely scheduling and execution of all project meetings and planning phases Assist project superintendents with risk management and strategic project planning Monitor and ensure all safety protocols are implemented and maintained at job sitesFacilitate effective communication of project schedules to subcontractors and suppliers Manage subcontract and vendor relationships to support smooth construction operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Rogers-O'Brien Construction
