Join our team at Blue Valley Recreation as a Weekend Part-Time Membership Services Agent and play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests.This role includes mornings, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.To be considered, applicants must be available to work both weekdays (not every shift) and weekends.Starting Pay: $15 per hour.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly attitudeAssist in the membership registration process, including providing information on available membership options and feesAnswer inquiries and provide accurate information about facility programs, services, and policiesProcess membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accuratelyMaintain accurate records and databases of member informationProvide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving member concerns or complaints in a timely and professional mannerAssist with facility tours, ensuring that visitors are informed about the center's amenities and featuresCollaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the membership services areaQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work in a sometimes fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills, experience with membership management software and cash handling systems is a plus but not required.Knowledge of recreation center programs and services is a plusAbility to work flexible hours including holidays, Saturday and Sunday #J-18808-Ljbffr
