Appliance Repair Technician

Responsibilities As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service by delivering high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances. Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment. Provide cost estimates for repairs. Communicate effectively with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed. Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Collect payment for work performed. Qualifications Exceptional Customer Service: You are the face of the company and deliver a great customer experience, showing empathy and accurately diagnosing and solving problems. Getting from Diagnosis to Solution: You help the customer understand what needs to be done so that issues are resolved quickly. Quality of Work: Requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customers are satisfied and jobs are fixed correctly the first time. Efficiency: Respond to all customers efficiently and complete repairs quickly. Punctuality and Reliability: Be available and show up on time because customers wait for your help. Pride in the Details: Keep your work vehicle clean, organized, and maintain attention to detail in customer information and reports. Ongoing Training: Regular training and willingness to research new equipment and take advantage of opportunities to expand knowledge and skills. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on your experience in appliance repair. No nights or weekends: Solid work‑life balance.
