Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing unique needs with tailored strategies.

• Deliver timely and precise documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all procedural guidelines are meticulously followed.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to assess client progress and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, reinforcing compliance and upholding the highest standards of practice.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems and state agencies, advocating for our clients and fostering relationships with community partners.

• Maintain open communication channels within the clinic and with external partners, ensuring alignment with contract standards and the mission of our organization.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state organizations to promote programs and identify potential funding sources.

• Engage in personal and professional development activities, attending relevant conferences and representing the clinic in statewide meetings and task forces.

• Assist the Clinic Director with any additional duties as necessary, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
