This is a PRN position with a call rotation, offering flexibility while still being part of a dedicated, patient-centered team.Cardiac Echo Sonographer, job responsibilities:Performing high-quality diagnostic examinations of the heart using advanced ultrasound techniques, ensuring accurate imaging and reporting.Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to support patient care and treatment decisions.Providing cross-coverage and as-needed back-up support to other non-invasive areas of the Cardiac Department to maintain seamless operations.Delivering compassionate patient care by preparing and educating patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process.Maintaining equipment, documenting procedures accurately, and adhering to department protocols and quality standards.Qualifications & Requirements:Adult Echo credentials through either ARDMS or CCI are required within 18 months of hire.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, families, and clinical teams.Previous experience in cardiac sonography preferred, but not required — we provide a supportive environment for growth and learning.Cardiac Echo Sonographer, Diagnostic Cardiology, Experience;1-2 Years Cardiac Echo SonographyThis Cardiac Echo Sonographer opportunity will be located at Baptist Nassau in Jacksonville, Florida, where you’ll be part of a compassionate community hospital that’s backed by the strength of the Baptist Health system.
