Bring Your Tools & Talent
- Associate's degree, trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Mechanical systems
- Industrial electrical systems
- PLC troubleshooting
- CNC experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Start the day checking machines, tightening what needs tightening, and fixing what needs fixing.
- Jump in when something breaks. Troubleshoot, repair, and get production back on track fast.
- Keep up with inspections and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn't stand a chance.
- Team up with coworkers to keep the shop safe, efficient, and running strong.
