What You’ll Do Supervise all operations to ensure that construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications, and ensure employees are safe and productive. Provide employees with "On the Job Training" on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews. Requisition, assign and track materials needed for daily operations. Perform audits of construction operations to ensure work is in compliance with project specifications and safety practices. Resolve complaints with property owners where personnel are working. Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, track work hours, and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for built areas. Reconcile issued parts and materials daily to ensure accurate usage counts. Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes. Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must have a valid driver’s license Must have at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry Strong project management skills Good understanding of OSHA requirements and a priority for safety Knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment safely Knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment safely Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
