Roofing Sales & Project Manager - Door-to-Door

Join a $70M roofing brand that's been named a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the U.S. Shamrock Roofing & Construction is growing across the Midwest and South, and we need a motivated, coachable go-getter to represent us in Overland Park, KS and the surrounding area as a Roofing Sales Project Manager.

This is hands-on, door-to-door sales work — you'll knock doors, inspect roofs, and close deals, then personally manage each project through to completion. Some leads are company-provided, but you should expect to self-generate a good portion of your pipeline. It's a year-round career, not a seasonal gig.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on referrals or storm-related leads
• Inspect roofing, gutters, and siding; walk homeowners through findings and options
• Write, present, and close contracts
• Collect payment and oversee the job from contract to completion

REQUIREMENTS

What we're looking for:

• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license (21+ with a clean MVR if you'd like access to a company truck)
• Reliable transportation and your own cell phone
• Physically able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable with outside/D2D sales
• Solid communicator who can juggle several active projects at once
