XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!
We are looking for a Skilled On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates.
Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00+ Hourly
Schedule : Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Warehouse in Wilmer, TX with a office setting.
Position Requirements:
1. Manage temporary associates onsite, supporting department managers and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Assist with hiring activities like facility tours, interviews, and onboarding.
3. Post job openings, respond to candidates, and oversee applicant pipelines.
4. Coordinate with leadership on staffing needs and employee allocation.
5. Review staffing strategies and track daily attendance, making time clock corrections as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and recognition initiatives.
7. Conduct interviews, background checks, and I-9 verifications.
8. Partner with managers to forecast hiring needs and source candidates, including from veterans' groups and colleges.
Position Requirements:
1. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
2. Flexible schedule required.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Works well independently and in teams.
6. Recruiting experience required; bilingual preferred.
7. Familiarity with recruitment databases, sourcing tools, job sites, and LinkedIn.
8. Skilled in various interview techniques (structured, competency-based, stress).
9. Experienced with selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks).
