Following significant recent investment and international expansion, the company is growing its engineering team and seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to play a critical role in shaping the next generation of intelligent robotic systems. The Role As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will own the development of core perception systems that enable autonomous robotic decision-making in challenging real-world environments. Working closely with robotics, software, electrical and mechanical engineering teams, you will take computer vision solutions from concept through to production deployment, solving complex challenges involving 3D perception, object recognition, localisation and robotic manipulation. This position offers significant technical ownership, exposure to cutting-edge hardware and sensors, and the opportunity to influence the direction of an evolving perception stack from an early stage. Key Responsibilities Design and develop advanced computer vision pipelines for robotic perception systems Develop solutions for object detection, classification and 6D pose estimation; segmentation, tracking and object counting; 3D reconstruction and processing of point cloud data; camera calibration and sensor integration; closed-loop perception and robotic control systems Work with RGB and 3D industrial machine vision cameras and sensors Implement both classical computer vision and deep learning approaches Build robust, production-grade software with a strong focus on scalability, testing and reliability Own projects from experimentation and prototyping through to deployment Contribute to software engineering best practices, testing frameworks and development processes About You 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Robotics or a related field Strong understanding of both classical and modern computer vision techniques Commercial experience developing production-quality software in Python and C++ Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Hands‑on experience with object detection, classification, segmentation & tracking Strong mathematical foundation, particularly in linear algebra and 3D geometry Experience with OpenCV and related vision libraries Experience with 3D vision systems and point cloud processing Background in manufacturing, industrial automation or machine‑building environments is a big plus What's On Offer Work on real-world industrial robotics problems with global impact Join a fast‑scaling, Series A‑backed company High ownership, autonomy and technical influence Collaborate with a team of top‑tier robotics engineers Access to cutting‑edge robotics and AI technologies Rapid learning curve from day one Interested?
