About Glide

Americans reported a record $20.9 billion in cybercrime losses to the FBI in 2025, up 26% year over year. AI-related fraud accounted for $893 million of that, the first time the FBI tracked it separately. SMS codes, passwords and security questions all rely on something a person can be tricked into giving away.

Glide replaces them with the cryptographic key already in every SIM, verified through the mobile carrier. The result is authentication and identity that can't be phished. We are live across the major US carriers and in production pilots with Tier-1 fintech and payments companies. Our platform spans SIM-based authentication (MagicalAuth), phishing-resistant passkeys (SuperPasskey) and reusable verified identity (GlideID Wallet).

The role

As our first Account Executive, you'll take Glide to US financial services: banks, payments, crypto, lending, wealth management and brokerage. You'll sell to product, fraud and security leaders. The territory is greenfield, with no inherited book and no territory split. The product is in production and the playbook and ICP are in place, so your job is to sell from week one and help build the sales team that follows.

What we expect

Month one: You're meeting customers from your first week, running live deals and building your own pipeline within the month.

By day 90: Your qualified pipeline is at least equal to your full year-one target, deals are at proposal stage, and the playbook has improved based on what you've learned in the field.

What you'll do

• Own deals end to end, from first outreach to signature, working alongside a leadership team that also sells
• Generate your own pipeline and act as your own SDR until you hire one
• Lead complex enterprise processes across multiple stakeholders, security reviews, procurement and legal
• Spend as much time with customers as possible. You're based in our New York office, but we want you at customer sites and industry events
• Bring market feedback to the product team

What you bring

• 5+ years closing enterprise deals in regulated financial services, with a verifiable track record
• Experience selling identity, fraud, authentication or security to banks, fintechs or crypto companies
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve go-to-market work, including research, prospecting, deal execution and forecasting
• Drive to build a new market from a blank territory

Compensation

• $350K OTE with uncapped commission
• Top-quartile founding equity
• If you beat your target, you choose how you're paid for it: take the extra commission in cash, or convert part of it into additional equity
• A generous AI and sales-tech budget
