What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and facilitate daily resident activities, including maintaining an activity calendar, coordinating internal and external events, and encouraging resident participation
• Engage with residents individually, including meeting new residents, understanding their interests, coordinating the Welcome Ambassador Program, and assisting with grievances when requested
• Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, submitting supply requests, posting meeting minutes, distributing/collecting mail, and setting quarterly recreational goals
• Ensure safety, compliance, and confidentiality by following all policies on safety, infection control, privacy, and mandatory reporting of potential abuse
• Collaborate with staff and leadership, including working with the Assisted Living Administrator, nursing staff, and Resident Association to support community operations and resident wellbeing

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families
• Passion for connecting with others
