Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator

Greet and direct clients in person and over the phone, including screening calls and visitors. Represent the agency professionally. Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, partners, vendors, and the public. Perform basic receptionist duties such as opening and closing the office, maintaining a clean reception area, managing sign-in/sign-out logs, receiving shipments, stocking bathroom supplies, and monitoring agency email. Document incoming checks and notify the business office when received. Manage mail and shipping, including sorting and distributing daily mail and faxes, monitoring postage inventory, and ordering stamps as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency, Inc.
