About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted operational partner to the principal and family. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, managing multiple residences, staff, travel, events, and daily priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading communication and alignment between various stakeholders, overseeing high-level scheduling, and driving accountability across projects and initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in elevating residential operations, service standards, and hospitality execution, as well as protecting the principal's time, priorities, and privacy. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 8-15+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, estates, family offices, or similar high-touch service environments. The role demands exceptional organizational and operational leadership skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage complex priorities with a high level of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing residential operations, hospitality, or lifestyle services, and must be adept at both strategic and tactical operations. A key requirement is the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate with the sophistication and service mindset of a world-class hospitality leader.
