Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year as a School Psychologist working with K-12 students. This full-time position is available immediately and continues through May 30, 2027, offering a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week, with the possibility to extend up to 40 hours if preferred. What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active Georgia School Psychologist Certification
- Experience in school settings with K-12 caseloads preferred
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills across multiple age groups
- Proficiency in IEP development, documentation, and participation in related meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and psychoeducational assessments for students in K-12
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
- Leading and participating in IEP meetings, providing expert input
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Assisting in the development of intervention strategies and supporting the implementation of educational plans
