Quality Control Technician

Quality TechnicianInspect and/or test products to confirm they meet and comply with quality and safety standards and customer expectations. This role works independently and picks things up quickly, performing calibration testing across both our Pine Bluff and White Hall, AR facilities. It also involves coordinating with two supplier/vendor partners and occasionally traveling to their locations to support quality efforts.Duties/Responsibilities:Inspect, test, or measure materials and product being producedUse rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometersRead and understand blueprints, documents, and manualsBe proactive as well as reactive to product concernsFollow instructions and ensure products are created efficiently and correctlyTest product and determine if it meets requirementsAssist in determining root cause and corrective actions (RCCA)Use hand tools or equipmentOperate a forklift, if requiredComply with safety guidelines and proceduresAnalyze dataProduce and maintain accurate records and reportsPerform calibration testing across both the Pine Bluff and White Hall, AR facilitiesCoordinate with supplier/vendor partners, including occasional travel to their locations, to support quality initiativesPerform other duties as assigned
