Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience as an ORT (Operating Room Technician) or Surgical Technologist (non-certified)
• Knowledgeable about sterile techniques, patient positioning, and surgical instrumentation
• Strong team communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
• Current BLS certification (preferred)
• Prior experience in a surgical setting advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including instrument and supply set-up
• Assist surgical team throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterility
• Handle and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care as needed
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to facilitate quality outcomes

$1,283 - $1,357/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
