Overview Arkansas Family Dental is seeking a general Associate Dentist to join our team in West Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement. Use the latest dental technology and participate in continuing education. Collaborate with the existing team during doctors-only meetings and study clubs to review cases and systems. Build and maintain a private patient base while contributing to practice growth (over 300 new patients per month). Qualifications Dental degree from an accredited institution and valid state license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn new procedures and adopt modern dental technology. Experience in a general practice setting preferred (not mandatory). Benefits Guaranteed daily rate plus commission; potential earnings of $200,000+ in first year. Health, dental, life, vision and malpractice insurance. 401(k) retirement plan.
