Your Role In this senior-level position, the employee must provide strong conceptual thinking, highly developed design skills and expertise in design programs. Push the boundaries of creative excellence and ensure the delivery of required results. Must also have the ability to work with members of the creative department as well as team members from other core departments in order to achieve client satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all direct response media (email, banner, dm, print, social) with minimal supervision. Generate breakthrough ideas and constantly strive for new, better, more innovative solutions. Demonstrate a strong sense of design leadership that elevates creative output and ensures design excellence across all projects. Must be able to handle more high-level projects, as well as several assignments at a time. Ability to think strategically. Adapt brands to both digital and direct response environments. Show understanding of clients' marketing needs and consumer attitudes. Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience managing/mentoring jr and mid level talent Develop great work within guidelines and budget of the assignment. Work collaboratively with creative partners, members of creative and core departments. Present work coherently and persuasively; express ideas in a form that clients can buy. Show knowledge of direct marketing production process, from setting type through to printing of materials. Review and sign-off on mechanical proofs on their assignments, such as readers and blueprints. Expertise working with a variety of formats and materials to bring the concept to life. Experience in emerging and existing social platforms. Stay current with changes in technology and demonstrate technical competence. Required Skills Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience. Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work. Must demonstrate experience/knowledge in DM and Print. Must have a strong sense of digital and motion design; animation skills are a plus. Proficiency in using, maintaining, and/or developing design systems. Experience working in HTML-based media. Experience with Celtra, or similar creative automation platforms, is a plus. Understanding of user interface design is a plus. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.. #J-18808-Ljbffr RAPP
