Who are we? We’re Landers Window & Exterior Cleaning. The Landers Family started this company 31 years ago – with a GEO Metro in a town of 2500 people & 15 businesses. The owner had one year to make profit (not going to happen starting in November in Oklahoma). We beat the odds and are still going strong. Over the years we have built, expanded, and grew. We’ve got 8 on staff, 4 trucks on the road, and many happy customers served. And we help others too – we’re strong supporters of The House FM, Dearing House Child Advocacy Center and Arts and Humanities Council.

--- and it feels like we are only getting started. We recently opened our Glenpool Location, we’re adding more team members, and you should see the plan we have for growth beyond this.

Job Duties:

You stay in contact with your supervisor to make sure the day’s work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because we all have the same responsibility. It’s ultimately about serving the customer.

You clean windows, knowing that you’re adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer, in turn giving them more free time and peace of mind to run their businesses. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in the services we offer.

You keep your tools neat, clean, and well maintained so they’re handy and ready for use and safe. You are VERY detailed oriented. You understand the job-scope, equipment, your phone is charged, etc. because you’ll know that this keeps everyone informed – from the customer to the supervisor to the team back at the office.

You will start as a Service Technician with the goal of becoming an Lead Technician. Once there, you will be trained to manage your team. Your next goal is to grow with the company looking for additional opportunities to further your career. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our window cleaning technicians earn $500 to $1000 per week!

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You have a cell phone. You don’t need experience to apply here but must be coachable and willing to learn. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You’ll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to up-sell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes.

You’re a tech-savvy people person: You love the challenge you’re posed with and the adventure of completing a job well done. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a storeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem.

You’re ready to work: You have a driver’s license, a ready-to-work attitude, and a reliable vehicle to get to the office to pick up the company vehicle . And no problem handling the physical demands of the job – such as lifting 20 lbs., reaching and bending, hot summers, cold winters and ladder work.

You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and you understand that safety is paramount. You can engage with the customer and make them feel as if they are part of the LWC family.

You learn every aspect of the job. You look, speak, and dress like a professional. You keep your work area clean and orderly. You are focused and clear-headed. You don’t let mistakes slide by. You complete jobs by the deadline. You are level-headed and optimistic. You handle money very carefully. You produce more than expected.
