Employment Details Employment: Permanent Fleet: Airbus A320 Family Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided) License: FAA ATP Medical: Class 1 Visa Sponsorship: Not provided Responsibilities Operate as First Officer on the Airbus A320 family, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger care on every leg. Support the Captain through all phases of flight: planning, preflight, departure, enroute, approach, and post‑flight. Manage radios, FMS, and performance data while maintaining strong situational awareness and CRM. Communicate clearly with ATC, crew, and operations; proactively solve problems and adapt to changing conditions. Uphold a professional, well‑groomed appearance and represent the airline's values on and off the flight deck.
