Employee Benefits Sales Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business development and managing client relationships within the Employee Benefits (EB) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business. Compensation Package Base Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and performance) Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package Remote Work : Fully remote position, equipment provided Additional Perks : Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Employee Benefits sector, with a preference for clients in real estate or technology industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and administrative support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients. Attend client meetings and travel as necessary to foster relationships and close deals. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Active Life & Health (L&H) license in Tennessee. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits sales, with a proven track record of success. Book of Business : Must have an existing book of business with a revenue size of $750,000 or greater. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with real estate and technology industries is preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. Soft Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
