About the Opportunity
we seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon to join their growing team in Newton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside an experienced medical team known for delivering exceptional cosmetic and reconstructive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in breast and body procedures and a passion for providing personalized, patient-centered care. The practice offers strong long-term growth potential, including equity and partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures with a focus on breast and body cases
Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and customized treatment planning
Deliver high-quality surgical and post-operative patient care
Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one
2-3+ years of experience preferred in breast and body procedures
Strong surgical and aesthetic skills with excellent patient care standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
