** Account Manager : **
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory sales growth
- Build and manage dealer & grower relationships (think farm dealers and retails)
- Sell seed + Yield Master Solutions (biologicals/crop enhancements)
- Provide product positioning and agronomic support
- Lead local “team approach” (agronomy + sales alignment)
- Agronomy degree/experience of either work or internships
- Sales/ Relationship building skills
- Retail background or Seed background
- Must be comfortable with seed and crop enhancements
