Now Hiring: Sr. Process Controls Engineer - Siemens Exper in Greenville, NC!Apply now with 24/7 PT.• Responsibilities:- Job Description\n\nSeeking a Sr Controls Engineer to lead automation strategy, OT cybersecurity, and process control improvements at a world-class production facility- This role translates operational needs into cutting-edge control system solutions that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and data-driven performance- \n\nResponsibilities\n\n- Design and implement automation systems including DCS, SCADA, MES, and data historians\n- Maintain process control systems to ensure product quality and operational stability\n- Identify and execute system upgrades to meet regulatory and production demands\n- Embed OT cybersecurity controls and practices into daily operations and system design\n- Solve high-level issues across automation platforms and control architecture\n- Support data analytics and integrate tools that enhance visibility into process performance\n- Standardize systems, procedures, and controls to maximize reliability and consistency\n- Lead process control input for capital projects, site expansions, and technology transitions\n- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines (process, quality, performance, instrumentation)\n- Participate in the automation on-call support rotation\n- Ensure all work is compliant with safety and operational procedures\n\nQualifications\n\n- BS Controls or Electrical Engineering degree with 7+ years in automation and process control engineering in manufacturing plants• Requirements:- BS Controls or Electrical Engineering degree\n7+ years in automation and process control engineering in manufacturing plants\nExpertise in DCS, SCADA, and process automation systems\nSiemens TIA portal and PCS7 experience required\nKnowledge of OT cybersecurity threats, risks, and prevention Apply now with 24/7 PT!
