We’re not looking for someone who just needs a cleaning job .

We’re looking for someone we can train and who can keep leading the way in Tulsa.

For 25 years, Clean Freaks of Tulsa has built a successful residential home-service company by treating professional cleaning like what it actually is: a skilled service.

Now we’re looking for the next group of people who want to learn it.

You do  not need professional cleaning experience. In fact, we’d rather teach you our system from the beginning.

Every new team member starts with our paid 30-day training program. You’ll work alongside an experienced mentor while learning professional cleaning techniques, equipment and products, time management, client communication, and how to confidently manage a client’s home on your own.

Training isn’t just following someone around for a few days. You’ll observe, practice, complete training material, gradually take the lead on cleans, receive coaching, and complete a final evaluation before being released to work independently.

Training starts at $18/hour. Once established, 90% of our current Clean Freaks earn $27.50/hour plus 100% of their tips.

What happens after training?

Once you’ve demonstrated that you’re ready to work independently, you’ll move into our regular compensation program with  guaranteed hourly pay or a performance-based pay structure — whichever is higher.

If you enjoy independence, this can become a solid career without the expense and headaches of running a solo cleaning business. We provide the clients, scheduling, systems, supplies, training , and support. You concentrate on doing excellent work.

The basics

You’ll provide professional residential cleaning services throughout the Tulsa area and drive yourself to each client’s home. Two a day on average.

You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Our clients are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You must be available for at least 30 hours per week.
