Telemetry Nurse
Develops, coordinates and delivers care to Telemetry patients
Maintains the standards of professional nursing
Supervises CNA/SNA or other health care workers as assigned
Requirement description:
- 4 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience - Required
- Experience with reading monitors, cardiac drips, and post surgical cases - Required
- Experience with Adult and Geriatric patients - Required
- Active IL License is required at time of submission
- BLS/CPR (AHA) - Required
- NIHSS - Required
- ACLS - Required
- Current documentation of Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency Certificate (must include a copy in traveler submission) - Required
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated - Required
Certification requirements:
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
State license requirements:
- Illinois
Additional license requirements: IL agency work license
Weekend requirements: TBD
On call requirements: TBD
