Front Counter / Front Office Associate – Shawnee, OK
Join our dynamic team as a Front Counter Associate ! We’re looking for a friendly, organized individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping customers. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Front Office Worker Needed We’re seeking someone with cash‑handling experience , strong customer service skills , and basic truck/axle knowledge . You’ll assist customers, take payments, and help identify parts—perfect for someone reliable and ready to work.
ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist with inquiries
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Keep the front counter clean and organized
Handle customer concerns professionally
Provide information about products and services
Assist with identifying truck/axle parts when needed
Support inventory management and restocking
Work with team members to ensure smooth operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic math and cash‑handling experience
Comfortable using computers and POS systems
Basic knowledge of truck repair or axle components
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
