FullTime,Permanent Verovian Nursing Recruitment Agency is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the Heart & Vascular Institute Clinic in Dayton, Ohio. The CMA will manage patient flow, assist providers in treatment, and ensure high-quality patient care across various age groups, from infants to geriatrics. This role involves both clinical and administrative duties to support the healthcare team in a fast-paced clinical setting. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification

• Manage patient flow and assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform standard rooming processes, including taking vital signs, patient histories, and preparing exam rooms.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed by the provider.
• Provide front desk support, including patient check-ins and scheduling.
• Order and stock medical supplies to ensure clinic readiness.
• Follow principles and standards as outlined in the Corporate Code of Conduct.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient records and health information.

Candidate requirements Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer software applications for documentation and scheduling.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to local worksites (Occupational Medicine).

Preferred:

• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
