Job Description

The Property Lead Maintenance Tech plays a crucial role in managing maintenance operations for residential properties. This position oversees a small team of 1-3 members, ensuring efficient maintenance planning, safety compliance, and effective coordination with external vendors. The role demands hands-on equipment repair skills and occasional emergency maintenance response, utilizing custom software for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule maintenance activities for residential properties
Coordinate and lead a small maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency
Perform equipment repair and upkeep to maintain property standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Manage relationships and coordinate work with external vendors and contractors
Respond promptly to occasional emergency maintenance situations
Maintain accurate inventory and use custom software for maintenance tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in property maintenance
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC repair, and plumbing
Experience with preventive maintenance practices
Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and time management abilities
