Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1870 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• 2 years of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Required Credentials:
Passed EKG test with 80% or higher required upon submittal.

Unit Details:
Common cases include neurosurgery, urology, orthopedics, surgical overflow, and telemetry/medical-surgical.
Typical length of stay is 3-4 days.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Holidays as needed.

Floating Requirements:
Possibly float to Glenbrook, Skokie, Highland Park.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Proof of identification required
