Are you the steady hand that keeps production on track?

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed problem solver in Pompano Beach, FL who thrives in fast-moving environments. As the Manufacturing Floor Support Supervisor, you’ll be the Production Manager’s right hand—anticipating bottlenecks, rallying teams, and ensuring every unit meets our quality bar while schedules stay intact.

Your focus areas

Keep a close eye on workflows and process adherence so goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to diagnose root causes and resolve issues quickly.
Document production metrics and provide concise performance updates to management.
Assist with training and upskilling, building a capable and confident production team.
Reinforce safety practices and models safe behavior on the floor.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that raise productivity and quality.

What sets you up for success

Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment; supervisory experience preferred.
Working knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies.
Strong organizational habits and an ability to juggle priorities under deadline pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Proficiency with production management tools and Microsoft Office.
Resilience and flexibility when plans or priorities change.
