Our client is a global medical device manufacturer and leader in aesthetic technology , with 4,500+ employees and operations in 90+ countries .

They are hiring a Practice Success Manager to support and grow existing customer accounts across NYC. This is a post-sales, field-based role focused on helping medical and aesthetic practices maximize revenue through business training, marketing execution, events, social media strategy, and account development.

• Work with med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and wellness practices
• No traditional hunting or cold prospecting

What They're Looking For:

• 1-3+ years of experience within aesthetics, wellness, med spa, functional medicine, or a similar practice environment
• Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation/editing
• Strong customer-facing and account management skills
• Ability to help practices improve marketing, events, pricing, patient engagement, and revenue generation
• 4-year college degree

Experience in aesthetic medical devices, practice development, post-sales support, event coordination, or aesthetic sales is highly preferred.

This is a field-based role supporting customers throughout the NYC market. Candidates should be comfortable spending significant time visiting practices in person and traveling throughout the territory.
