Provider Data Specialist

Role Overview The Provider Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate provider demographic, credentialing, location, payer, directory, and scheduling information across enterprise systems. This position supports provider onboarding, provider data maintenance, data auditing, issue resolution, and stakeholder support to ensure accurate provider information is available throughout Intermountain Health. What You Will Do Perform accurate and timely abstraction, auditing, and monitoring of data from various information sources to support abstraction activities. Assist with quality improvement activities related to database or registry outputs and support Intermountain based software to implement and maintain correct, current, and up to date information for Intermountain, SelectHealth and R1 business data.
