Overview

Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact, high-visibility Salesforce transformation initiative. The project involves migrating legacy systems to Salesforce, integrating middleware and back-office systems, and coordinating efforts across multiple business and technology teams.

This role will work extensively with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Salesforce teams, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders . The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager with a proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and legacy system migrations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation or transformation projects .
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
• Proven experience migrating legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Experience managing complex system integration projects involving middleware and back-office applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with business-driven Salesforce teams rather than purely IT-led organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Other Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with external implementation partners and consulting firms.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or enterprise sales organizations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration architecture and ecosystem tools.
