Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics at all times. \n
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, review treatment goals, and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on each client’s unique needs and preferences, while adhering to evidence-based practices. \n
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, in compliance with organizational standards. \n
- Engage in individual clinical supervision to enhance your professional development and improve therapeutic skills. \n
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with other healthcare providers to share insights, collaborate on treatment strategies, and ensure holistic care for clients. \n
- Continuously refine your skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development and a commitment to a growth mindset. \n
You will work with a diverse population across various age groups and backgrounds, delivering support for issues that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and other mental health concerns. Your role will significantly help clients navigate their mental health journeys, assisting them in realizing their potential and improving their quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field. \n
- Unrestricted and active LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey. \n
- A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook. \n
- Strong experience providing psychotherapy services and comfort with conducting intake assessments. \n
Ideal candidates will have experience in community mental health settings, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities. A background in collaborative treatment approaches is highly beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
