Finance Functional Solution Architect

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules Design and optimize financial business processes within SAP FICO with the Sr. Solution Architect Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as SOX Gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement best practices with cross-functional teams Configure SAP FICO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting Manage system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Support SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, SAP B4, third-party applications, and external systems Develop and maintain configuration, process, testing, and control documentation Provide user training, support, and guidance on SAP FICO functionalities Monitor SAP updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes and recommend improvements Assist with financial systems audit and compliance activities Design and implement innovative solutions Lead adoption of new SAP functionalities and industry best practices Requirements Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related experience, or Master's degree and minimum 8 years of experience Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations Deep understanding of financial compliance frameworks such as SOX Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated SAP solutions at enterprise level Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong business experience in multiple business sub-domains Strong relationship management skills Excellent project management and process development skills Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive expertise in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on financial compliance and process optimization.
