Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring 3 years of experience and Epic charting proficiency.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit setting
• Manages patients in labor, attends deliveries, and circulates for C-sections
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (18:30-7:00)
• Every other weekend required
• Epic charting system required

Requirements

• Active LA or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Beginner/Intermediate
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include managing laboring patients, attending deliveries, and circulating for C-sections
• Scrubs are provided
• First-time travelers accepted with 3 years of permanent experience
• Local candidates within 75 miles accepted at local rate
• Previous permanent staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year before being eligible to travel
