Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Midtown Memphis, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team. This role requires the ability to manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. As a floating therapist, you may be required to work in other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and maintain compliance with facility standards.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
• Open to accepting new graduates.
