Teller (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Position Overview Join Associated Bank as a Teller, where you’ll provide exceptional service and support to every customer interaction. This front‑line role involves processing transactions accurately, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs, and promoting financial solutions that help our clients achieve their goals. Key Accountabilities Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated Bank’s brand promise. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures. Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions. Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers. Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned. Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self‑service banking tools. Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience. Preferred Experience Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services. Pay Range $17.00 – $22.96 per hour. The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role.
