Clinical Manager – Home Health Agency (Orlando, FL)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and support our Home Health team in Orlando, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality patient care, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and support to field clinicians
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies
• Oversee patient care coordination and quality outcomes
• Review documentation, OASIS, and plans of care
• Support staff development, mentoring, and performance improvement
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams
• Help drive agency growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida RN license
• Home Health experience required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, accountability, and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license 
• First aid/CPR certification required
